The musical duo Twice As Far was named after a race horse when Jeannie Clark Fisher and Judi Lynn Altstatt placed a friendly wager to select a name for their new group. That was in 1996. Since then, they have continued to delight and engage audiences with music that ranges from traditional mountain dulcimer songs to contemporary tunes.
